Description

Lead software test and tool development for medical capital equipment. You own verification status, security compliance, and automated test equipment validation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute software testing to evaluate product verification status.
  • Create and execute Design Verification Plans, protocols, and reports to document software issues.
  • Validate software, security, and compliance requirements to ensure system quality.
  • Collaborate with software development, verification, and QA/RA teams to review design and testing processes.
  • Support Automated Test Equipment validation activities.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing and tool development.
  • Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with the Karate framework and JS test frameworks.
  • Experience with Selenium for web automation testing.
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
  • Expertise in manual testing, including risk assessment, protocol creation, and report generation.
  • Proven ability to perform automated testing of medical devices against functional requirements.
  • Analytical skills for requirement analysis and automated test protocol development.

Preferred Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience working with medical devices.
