Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Developer / Senior Software Engineer to support a Revenue Integrity organization focused on building scalable, data-intensive platforms. This role will be responsible for designing and developing systems that ingest data from multiple external vendors, validate data quality, and execute complex business rules that ensure the accuracy and reliability of revenue-impacting workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in enterprise-scale environments, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and has a strong background in cloud-native development, automation, and data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable platforms that ingest, normalize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build services and workflows that execute business rules, reconciliation logic, and validation processes for revenue-critical systems.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Integrity, Quality Engineering, and downstream consumer teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop highly observable, resilient, and testable systems with strong operational reliability and data accuracy.
• Improve engineering efficiency through CI/CD automation, environment provisioning, release management, and automated testing frameworks.
• Create tooling and platform capabilities that enhance developer productivity and platform quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Promote modern software engineering best practices, including automation-first development and AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-scale or platform engineering environments.
• Strong hands-on experience building data-driven systems, internal platforms, or services focused on validation, reconciliation, or business rule execution.
• Expertise in Python and Java, with a strong preference for Python.
• Proven experience developing production-grade applications with strong code quality and maintainability practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with Databricks or similar large-scale data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong background designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and testing frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively within complex, distributed enterprise organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in any of the following areas is highly preferred: Revenue Integrity, billing, payments, or other revenue-impacting systems
• Data quality, reconciliation, audit, or validation workflows
• Platforms that aggregate, standardize, or normalize data from multiple vendors or partners
• Quality Engineering or Test Engineering platform environments
• AI-assisted development tools and engineering automation practices
