Description

You will design and configure SuccessFactors platforms to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance, and Compensation.
• Create detailed functional specifications and technical process documentation.
• Lead project requirement definitions, including milestones, phases, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between business divisions and IT.
• Mentor junior Solution Analyst team members and support their professional development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Onboarding, RMK, Recruitment, Performance, or Succession Planning).
• Proven experience in functional configuration rather than technical coding or CPI development.
• 5+ years of experience in a business or technology role working closely with non-IT functions.
• Experience creating functional specifications and business requirements documents (BRD).
• Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle models such as Agile.
• Experience leading Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) processes.
• Ability to gather requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Business Intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in food/beverage, distribution, or retail.
