Description

Design and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS environments. Own customer issues from initial report through final resolution. Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot production issues and problem tickets. Guide support teams on troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions. Manage escalated technical problems to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of AWS software architecture and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Proven experience in direct customer interaction and technical communication.
