Description

Design, configure, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure while owning the full lifecycle of customer technical issues from initial report to final resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud services and software architecture within AWS environments.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot escalated production issues and problem tickets.
• Guide support teams through complex troubleshooting processes and resolve recurring customer problems.
• Own customer issues from initial report through to final resolution, ensuring technical communication.
• Implement technical solutions and automation to prevent future incidents.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure and software architecture.
• Strong server administration skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and exposure to automation.
• Experience using ticketing systems and familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Proven experience in direct customer interaction and technical communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
