Description

Design and manage AWS cloud services while resolving complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Own customer issues from initial report through final resolution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot escalated production problems.
• Guide support teams through technical troubleshooting processes.
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve recurring customer issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS software architecture and infrastructure.
• Server administration expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation.
• Proficiency with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for direct customer interaction.
