Description

Lead the architecture and design for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) ecosystem, focusing on Coupa–Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define integration patterns and oversee the design of Coupa–Oracle Fusion ERP integrations using REST, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture artifacts, including diagrams, models, and standards for business and technical audiences.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Technology stakeholders to validate requirements and provide architectural governance for design decisions.
• Guide engineering teams during build, testing, and deployment phases, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies across the S2P landscape.
• Support roadmap, sequencing, and strategy for the multiyear ERP transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience supporting large-scale ERP or SaaS transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) applications, with Coupa experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance and/or Procurement), including hands-on solution design for Finance ERP integrations with external systems.
• Proven experience integrating SaaS S2P solutions with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
• Solid understanding of master data domains, transactional data flows, and workflow/process design across Finance and S2P functions.
• Ability to produce clear architectural diagrams, models, and design documentation.
• Experience with middleware platforms and modern integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating ERP systems (Finance ERP from on-prem to SaaS, such as Oracle Fusion).
• Familiarity with integrating S2P and tax engines.
• Experience with Draw.io and LeanIX.
