Description

Design and architect enterprise data and analytics solutions on Azure by translating functional requirements into technical design artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into system architecture and design artifacts for development teams.
• Select appropriate technologies and evaluate architectural options to ensure system commonality.
• Define non-functional requirements including performance monitoring, alerting, and code management.
• Interface with Product Owners and IT partners to define and estimate features within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Drive engagement with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure solution deployment and mentor agile teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in solution architecture.
• Expertise in building data and analytics solutions on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Cosmos.
• Proficiency with Azure Synapse and Azure ADLS (ADLS Gen2).
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Log Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Python and API architecture in Azure.
• Experience with Power BI, Data Modeling, and Data Classification.
• Understanding of storage, network components, backup, monitoring, and DR requirements.
• Ability to work within SAFe Agile and ITIL best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring and coaching members of agile and Run teams.
