Lead automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) initiatives for scalable enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and deliver scalable RPA and IDP solutions.
• Drive the overall automation strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor junior developers on automation best practices.
• Implement document understanding workflows using UiPath tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in automation or enterprise solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Proficiency with UiPath Document Understanding.
• Experience with Action Center.
• Familiarity with AI Center.

Preferred Skills

• Legal or enterprise automation domain experience.
