Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design HLD/LLD and technical specification documents by collaborating with technical teams.
• Build CMDB roadmaps aligned to CSDM and implement data models from various sources.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Estimate workloads, identify dependencies, and prioritize user stories for the development team.
• Drive data accuracy, completeness, and duplicate reduction within the CMDB.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB best practices.
• CIS Discovery certification.
• CIS Service Mapping certification.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience in large-scale project design and process standardization.
• Any Graduate degree.
