Description

You will lead the architecture and hands-on development of a real-time decisioning platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards, roadmaps, and domain strategies for 0–18 and 18–60 month horizons.
• Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and security improvements across distributed systems.
• Lead solution design, feasibility analysis, and proof of concepts while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Support SDLC phases including design reviews, QA validation, and production support oversight.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.

Required Skills

• Modern Java (Java 17+ or Java 21) with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with MongoDB for data persistence.
• Strong understanding of observability, including logging, tracing, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Red Hat OpenShift.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
