You will lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and Experience Cloud (Portals, Communities, and Sites).
Define technical direction and roadmaps for digital transformation to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), including data models, sharing rules, and architectural diagrams.
Oversee code reviews, deployment strategies, and environment management.
Design integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems such as ServiceNow, ERPs, or MuleSoft.
Collaborate with C-suite executives and product owners to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional experience with at least 3–5 years in an architect-level role.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Flows.
Experience with integration patterns including APIs and event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models and Identity & Access Management.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of DevOps processes and deployment strategies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
