Description

You will lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), including data models, sharing rules, and architectural diagrams.
• Design integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems like ServiceNow, ERPs, or MuleSoft.
• Oversee code reviews, deployment strategies, and environment management.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and product owners to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in an architect-level role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and Experience Cloud (Portals, Communities, Sites).
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Flows.
• Experience with integration patterns including APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of DevOps processes and deployment strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect.
