You will design and lead end-to-end Quote to Cash (QTC) transformation programs for large-scale multinational enterprises.
Responsibilities
Design best-fit QTC strategies, application architectures, and process flow charts by documenting business requirements.
Act as a senior advisor for complex, multinational QTC processes, performing gap analysis and recommending industry best practices.
Configure and validate working prototypes in development sandboxes to refine technical solutions.
Partner with cross-functional organizations including Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, Legal, and Finance to implement automation and process improvements.
Drive post-acquisition integration of revenue processes and support system implementations through user acceptance testing.
Required Skills
15+ years of experience in QTC transformation and end-to-end solution architecture.
Deep expertise in Quote to Order to Cash design, including credit card automation, fulfillment, and order orchestration.
Extensive experience with pricing optimization, shipping, logistics, and global supply chain networks.
Proficiency in implementing touchpoints between CPQ and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP product (5+ years required).
Technical knowledge of Bill of Materials, Global Order Promising, Demand Planning, and Costing.
Experience managing B2B2C models involving subscription-based Order Management, Rebates, Trade Promotion, and Trade Compliance.
Strong understanding of CPQ dependencies to ERP and Receivables, including Tax, receipts, and invoicing.
Proven ability to communicate technical pros and cons to stakeholders and IT personnel.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle, SAP, SAP Hybris, or SAP BRIM.
Knowledge of billing platforms such as Stripe, Zilliant, Vendavo, or ServiceNow.
