Description

You will design and implement data solutions using Databricks, combining analytics and engineering capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Develop custom dashboards and reports with Tableau and Starburst.
• Implement data governance and security policies using Collibra or Alteryx and Immuta.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and automation for data workloads.
• Facilitate Agile delivery, manage backlogs, and engage stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Proficiency in R or Sparklyr for data analysis.
• Experience with Starburst, Tableau, Collibra, Alteryx, or Immuta.
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based and Attribute-Based Security (Immuta).
• Proven ability in data quality frameworks and custom dashboard development.
• Strong background in Agile/SAFe environments and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, Agile Analysis Certification, or similar certifications.
• Experience with distributed teams and vendor management.
• Broad knowledge of application and data modeling techniques.
