Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements to develop system specification documents.
  • Design workflow charts and detailed process maps.
  • Execute QC/QA software testing procedures.
  • Manage projects and lead team initiatives through strong analytical oversight.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Information Systems.
  • Direct experience or familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficiency with SQL, TOAD, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Spotfire, and Python.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and Project.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Capacity for minimal travel, including international trips.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oil & Gas Accounting, Financial Reporting, Elasticsearch, or MEMSQL.
  • Knowledge of financial software such as HFM or IDEAS.
