Description

Architect and implement Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence solutions for global enterprises.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Design cross-module integrations ensuring alignment between HCM, Payroll, and downstream systems.
• Build and execute implementation plans using Agile methodologies, covering discovery through support.
• Develop test plans and scripts to validate reporting functionality and ensure bug-free delivery.
• Manage Workday releases, upgrades, and data quality mitigation efforts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business requirements and technology deployment.
• 10+ years hands-on Workday configuration, including business processes, condition rules, and security.
• 4+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SOX compliance and data privacy regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI for HR or custom application development.
• Workday Certification or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Global implementation experience across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
