Description

You will lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and IT leaders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-module integrations and ensure alignment between HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and downstream systems.
• Build and execute detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/test, deploy, and support using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and scripts to deliver thorough, bug-free reporting solutions.
• Manage Workday releases and upgrades by validating reporting functionality and addressing data quality risks.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure system compliance with data security, privacy, and SOX controls.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in developing business requirements and business process re-engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including business processes, condition rules, custom fields, and security.
• 4+ years of experience developing and coaching technical or operational teams.
• Proven track record managing at least one full-cycle Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation for a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI for HR, content/knowledge management, or custom application development.
• Solid experience with Scrum or similar Agile development methodologies.
• Workday Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
