Description

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leaders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-module integrations and align HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence with downstream systems.
• Build and execute detailed implementation plans using Agile methodologies, covering discovery, design, QA, deployment, and support.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and manage Workday releases to ensure bug-free reporting and functional validation.
• Identify risks, mitigate data quality issues, and partner with IT to ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and SOX controls.
• Drive product adoption through ongoing feedback, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal support and project management teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including business processes, condition rules, custom fields, and security.
• Minimum 12 years of experience developing business requirements, deploying technologies, and business process re-engineering.
• Proven track record managing at least one full-cycle Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation for a global company.
• Minimum 4 years developing and coaching technical or operational teams, with ability to supervise analysts.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related technical fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong customer orientation and superb communication skills for both technical and functional audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI for HR, content/knowledge management, or custom application development.
• Workday Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with US and Global data privacy laws (GDPR) and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
