Description

Act as the technical expert for Snowflake AI/ML workloads, building pipelines and guiding customers on implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML pipelines using Snowflake features or ecosystem partner tools.
• Create Proofs of Concept with SQL and Python to demonstrate Data Science techniques on Snowflake.
• Guide customers through technical challenges and ensure knowledge transfer for self-sufficiency.
• Advise customers on best practices for Data Science workloads within the Snowflake environment.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical customer-facing roles.
• Thorough understanding of the complete Data Science life-cycle, from feature engineering to model management.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps methodologies for model deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and at least one of: Python, Scala.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Data Science tools such as AWS SageMaker, AzureML, Dataiku, H2O, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with libraries including Pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with internal product and engineering teams.
• Background in guiding customer self-sufficiency and technical knowledge transfer.
