Good to Have Skills: MS Office, SAP Hana, DAX, data optimization techniques and best practices, Materials/Supply chain processes experience preferably in manufacturing environment, familiarity with SAP data sources, strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Use various advanced data science modeling tools to build resources to improve Operations and Supply Chain master data.
• Develop strategic tools and execute projects to drive value for the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels.
• Lead Master Data initiatives across Hubbell's SAP sites to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with Reporting and Analytics Team to ensure models interface with PBI correctly and have all necessary elements needed by end users.
• Develop training resources to support the tools being developed.
• Manage tight deadlines, priorities workload, and achieve results with strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process disciplines.

Experience Required: 5+ years building data science models and machine learning. 1+ years of working with Materials/Supply chain processes and/or master data, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
