Good to Have Skills: Experience with Materials/Supply chain processes in manufacturing environment, familiarity with SAP Hanna, DAX, MS Office, data optimization techniques and best practices, strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Use various advanced data science modeling tools to build resources to improve Operations and Supply Chain master data.
• Develop strategic tools and execute projects to drive value for the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels.
• Lead Master Data initiatives across Hubbell's SAP sites to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with Reporting and Analytics Team to ensure models interface with PBI correctly and have all necessary elements.
• Develop training resources to support the tools being developed for end users.
• Manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve results while maintaining data integrity standards.

Experience Required: 5+ years building data science models and machine learning. 1+ years of working with Materials/Supply chain processes and/or master data, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
