Good to Have Skills: AWS certifications and experience with cloud-native patterns (serverless, event-driven, microservices). Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and secure data integrations. UX and design thinking exposure; accessibility and performance best practices. Experience working with globally distributed teams across time zones. Python programming language and Agile methodology expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex applications and software configurations in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
• Regularly mentor colleagues, provide help with complex technical problems, defining engineering standards, and identifying reusable code and modules.
• Create and document designs for custom full-stack software applications or components, spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, and data storage.
• Use DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring/observability to automate delivery processes.
• Build and integrate UI, APIs, and data solutions using the supported technology stack for business requirements.
• Elicit and refine requirements and apply software life cycle working practices and automation for software components and micro-services.
• Contribute to the development of solution architectures in business, infrastructure, or functional areas for optimal performance.
• Identify and evaluate alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability for business solutions.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to plan, execute and release in an Agile setup and deliver within matrix organization.

Experience Required: 7-11 years of hands-on experience working in full-stack development

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
