Description

You will manage and expand the claim data warehouse that produces actuarial loss triangles, implementing BI processes for billion-row datasets and designing cloud architecture for future migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Expand the claim data warehouse to support actuarial loss triangle production.
• Implement BI processes that enable end users to query billion-row datasets.
• Create new ETL processes to stitch data from disparate systems together.
• Design cloud architecture for the future warehouse migration.
• Manage production support and maintenance for existing financial feeds while meeting SOX controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with .NET.
• Familiarity with BI solutions such as Shiny, Cognos, or PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including GIT, Jenkins, and Octopus.
• Practical application of Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong technical analysis and investigative capabilities.
• Ability to interface directly with senior business users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with financial or actuarial data.
