Description

You will manage database systems, data flow, and high-volume transactional platform integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data propagation and flow for high-volume real-time transactions.
• Diagnose and resolve SQL query and procedure performance issues using monitoring tools and tuning techniques.
• Implement and maintain database High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR) configurations.
• Automate processes and build standard procedures and guidelines for development teams.
• Install, configure, monitor, and upgrade production and non-production database environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building distributed enterprise applications on MS SQL Server.
• Expertise in SQL tuning and performance optimization across all application tiers.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, SQL HADR, and NoSQL.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with scripting for database deployments and automation.
• Strong knowledge of database backup, restore, and data movement (export/import/load).
• Working knowledge of Cloud native architecture.
• Experience with Build/Deployment tools and Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex systems across geographically distributed data centers.
