Description

You will manage complex SQL Server environments, lead SQL 2016 to 2022 migrations, and ensure high availability for critical applications. You own performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database design within a high-volume team.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and support SQL Server 2016 to 2022 environments.
• Tune Always On availability groups for large, high-tier systems.
• Use Query Store to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Manage core business functions and database design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SQL Server Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux and SQL Server integration.
• Proficiency with MS SQL, SSDS, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex problems.
• Hybrid schedule: minimum 3 days per week onsite in Chandler, AZ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk, Redis, Dynatrace, or TigerGraph.
• Familiarity with other RDBMS platforms.
