Description

You will design and develop enterprise reporting solutions for Private Equity clients, focusing on SQL Server and reporting tools. You own the full lifecycle from data extraction to final PDF output, ensuring performance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance custom reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
• Analyze and modify SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and complex business logic.
• Create and maintain JSON configuration files to bind data to reporting artifacts.
• Implement client-specific logic including investor-level vs. fund-level reporting and parameter-driven layouts.
• Support report deployment, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of hands-on development experience in enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Proven experience working with complex parameter-driven reports.
• Ability to work with partially reusable artifacts while ensuring full client isolation.
• Experience in Private Equity or Private Markets reporting (NAV, capital balances, commitments) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial services or investment management platforms.
• Exposure to report packaging, batch execution, and PDF generation workflows.
