Description

Manage SQL database production and non-production infrastructure and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure large, complex databases using replication and high availability on current MSSQL versions.
• Install and configure SQL Server Services and apply necessary Service Packs.
• Execute day-to-day production operations including incident fix, change management, service requests, and vulnerability management.
• Automate backup and maintenance plans using third-party tools and manage daily recovery processes.
• Manage user roles, permissions, disk space monitoring, and SQL Server migrations or upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a database administration role.
• Advanced working knowledge of MSSQL Server.
• Proficiency with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Experience with SQL DBA core responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (or foreign educational equivalent).
