Description

Manage and maintain SQL Server database environments for a 12-month contract.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server database instances and ensure operational stability.
• Maintain database integrity and performance across the environment.
• Administer and troubleshoot SQL Server infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for database security and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize query performance.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Expertise in SQL Server administration, configuration, and management.
• Strong understanding of database integrity, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and database performance tuning.
• Must be local to Columbus, Ohio.
• Ability to work independently in a contract role.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
