Description

You will design, build, and optimize Treasury applications and database solutions as part of a global technology team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize database structures, including tables, data types, stored procedures, and functions.
• Manage index design to improve application performance by determining when to add or remove indexes.
• Decipher execution plans to troubleshoot issues and enhance query performance.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to architect data solutions and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Mentor senior-level engineers in cloud technologies and conduct SQL Server lunch-and-learn sessions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Microsoft SQL Server ETL development experience.
• Extensive T-SQL coding and stored procedure development skills.
• Advanced MS SQL Server performance tuning expertise.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development.
• Proficiency in data modeling and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server installation on standalone and cluster servers.
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Web application development experience using Microsoft .NET.
• Experience with MicroStrategy or similar BI reporting tools.
