Description

You will own cloud-based production environments, end-to-end deployment pipelines, and incident resolution workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines for automated deployments.
• Develop automation scripts for self-healing and system recovery.
• Create telemetry, monitoring tools, and logging dashboards using AppDynamics.
• Perform production support, root cause analysis, and incident management.
• Manage change and problem workflows via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support and cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipeline setup and management.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics for observability and dashboarding.
• Experience with telemetry and logs for behavior and pattern detection.
• Practical knowledge of incident, change, and problem management via ServiceNow.
• Ability to develop automation scripts for system recovery.
• Background in monitoring tools and observability frameworks.
