Description

You will design and implement infrastructure using IaC assets and custom scripts, focusing on reusability and extensibility.

Responsibilities

• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and system health.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market through automation and service uplifts.
• Measure and optimize system performance by gathering and analyzing metrics from operating systems and applications.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Architecting, Coding, DevOps, IaC, and SRE.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, Istio, Apigee, VPC automation, GKE, Compute Engine, and GCP technologies.
• Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, or S3.
• Experience with dynamic resource management frameworks such as Kubernetes, Mesos, or Yarn.
• Knowledge of capacity forecasting, sizing, performance, and load testing.
• Familiarity with observability tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Stackdriver, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a highly technical, scientific discipline.
