Description

Lead site reliability engineering efforts focusing on cloud infrastructure, observability, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Implement observability frameworks using programmatic SLI/SLO blueprints.
• Manage cloud platform operations within AWS, including Control Tower, account setup, RDS, and SSO.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows using Terraform, Ansible, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of hands-on SRE experience.
• Extensive experience with AWS (Control Tower, RDS, SSO, and account provisioning).
• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools including Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and ELK stack.
• Strong containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, Groovy-DSL, and YAML.
• Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems like MQ and Kafka.
• Database management experience with Oracle and MySQL.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies such as Ping, ForgeRock, and SiteMinder.
• Advanced Linux systems and command-line proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Site Reliability Engineer (CSRE) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with APM tools like Datadog or AppDynamics.
