Description

You will lead SRE and DevSecOps implementation to improve system availability, performance, and incident response.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable engineering systems with a focus on event management, monitoring, alerts, and self-healing.
• Develop APIs and webhooks using Dynatrace, GitHub workflows, Ansible, and CDK.
• Drive automation and observability initiatives to reduce toil and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement proactive monitoring and reliability testing.
• Identify and execute strategic improvements for system performance and proactive incident management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, Ruby, PowerShell, or Shell Scripting.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Glue, and CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or Ansible.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, GitHub workflows, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud databases, data warehousing, and security/identity management.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to code with minimum guidance and understand underlying operating system behaviors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Application Integration and Machine Learning services within AWS.
