Description

You will lead the design and development of complex ETL jobs and data integration routines to move, cleanse, and transform large datasets across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain database objects including tables, views, and indexes while ensuring database security.
• Lead small teams of 2-3 junior developers through hands-on design and development of large-scale ETL processes.
• Map data flows by identifying sources, providing diagrams, and documenting source-to-target mappings.
• Optimize data warehouse performance through parallelization, performance tuning, and batch processing optimization.
• Establish procedures for tracking data quality, completeness, and redundancy while implementing audit controls and proactive monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development using Microsoft SQLServer or PDW/ASP data environments.
• 5+ years of expertise in SSIS and writing Stored Procedures.
• Deep understanding of relational database design concepts and SQL programming.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs for ODS, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
• Experience with data warehousing design principles and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud experience.
• Experience with MPP environments.
