Description

You will design, develop, and deliver platform web services and infrastructure for a high-scale identity authentication system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy, system architecture, and component design through team discussions.
• Design and develop significant new architectural systems and improvements throughout the software development cycle.
• Define high-level external API functions and usages to guide architecture decisions.
• Trace bugs and errors across multiple distributed systems to resolve complex technical issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and support real-time projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with JavaRx, Reactive Spring, or functional programming.
• Deep knowledge of the Identity Domain, including user onboarding and profile management.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages.
• Experience with continuous integration processes and tools.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset for writing test plans and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience developing orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading organization-wide projects and coordinating across multiple teams in large engineering environments.
