Description

You will lead the UX writing discipline as the sole specialist, establishing the strategy, tools, and processes required for a consistent user experience across all products.

Responsibilities

• Establish the UX writing strategy and develop company-wide style guides, including tone and voice.
• Implement tools and workflows to ensure content scalability across multiple platforms and products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear UI text, microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to integrate user-centered content into the design process.
• Oversee localization workflows to ensure content is effectively adapted for different languages and cultures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in UX writing for large-scale or enterprise products.
• Proven UX writing experience within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
• Expertise in creating user-centric content for digital platforms following accessibility guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience managing localization workflows and collaborating with localization teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard UX writing and content management tools.
• Strong portfolio containing UI copy, instructional content, and relevant UX writing samples.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering and product management.
