Description

Lead end-to-end technical delivery and configuration of Stibo STEP solutions, owning the full implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, high-level design, and data governance strategy workshops.
• Configure and build Stibo PIM components, including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals.
• Draft detailed technical specifications for workflows, business rules, and data migration.
• Build, unit test, and support data migration components and system integration testing.
• Mentor team members on Stibo PIM implementation activities and best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Hands-on technical development and configuration of Stibo STEP modules.
• Proven track record of driving at least one Stibo PIM end-to-end implementation.
• Deep understanding of STEP data models, workflows, and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Product and Customer MDM concepts.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) tools, specifically Stibo STEP.
• Ability to draft detailed design documents and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance strategy workshops.
