Description

Manage validation activities, data migration, and regulatory compliance for enterprise applications in regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve validation test scripts, incident reports, and test protocols.
• Execute risk analyses and implement GxP requirements including GMP, GDP, GLP, and GCP.
• Coordinate data migration and archival from legacy systems during decommissioning.
• Participate in change control activities for enhancements, defect fixes, and data migrations.
• Provide guidance to change leads to ensure compliance with established procedures and SDLC deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in validation and regulatory assessment.
• Proficiency with HP ALM, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.com.
• Experience managing SAP, Workday, and SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of Data Migration Plans and User Requirement Specifications.
• Ability to manage Test Scripts, Deviation Logs, and Validation Summary Reports.
• Familiarity with DocuSign, Office 365, and Concur.
• Experience with Functional Requirement Specifications and Production Support Plans.
