You will provide technical support and maintenance for legacy StreamServe environments, specifically managing operations for the unsupported version 5.4.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support StreamServe version 5.4.
• Manage operations for an unsupported product version.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve issues within the StreamServe ecosystem.
• Ensure system stability through deep diagnostic analysis.

Required Skills

• Deep technical knowledge of the StreamServe product.
• Extensive experience working specifically with StreamServe version 5.4.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex legacy environments.
