You will develop and maintain structural engineering software for metal building design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural engineering software for metal building design.
• Apply engineering codes and regulations to software development and design processes.
• Work with existing structural engineering software for metal building design.
• Implement IBC, NBCC, and other engineering codes in codebase.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in structural design engineering.
• Experience in metal building engineering, specifically pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Proficiency in C++ or C#.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Working knowledge of IBC, NBCC, and other engineering codes/regulations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PE certification.
