Description

Implement supply chain planning solutions by partnering with IT and business teams to drive system adoption and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain operations and planning stakeholders to define and implement system requirements.
• Develop project documentation including Business Process Flows, User Requirement Documents, and User Acceptance Test Cases.
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Monitor and report on key supply chain planning and operations metrics to track performance.
• Manage ticketing systems, investigating and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst within supply chain or manufacturing domains.
• Direct, hands-on experience with SAP MRP implementation.
• Proven track record implementing Supply Planning software such as O9, IBP, Kinaxis, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex system issues.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint for documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver results with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with IT teams on enterprise system integrations.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial supply chain operations.
