You will lead large-scale supply chain programs, bridging business and IT requirements while managing complex project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from inception to rollout, ensuring accountability across business and IT stakeholders.
• Execute large-scale program rollouts across the entire organization.
• Maintain clear, high-level communication with executive leadership while managing technical project details.
• Balance technical project management with executive-level expectation management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience in supply chain operations.
• Proven track record using Agile methodologies.
• Retail industry experience, specifically within store systems.
• Experience presenting to and managing executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage both upward communication and downward team accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
