Description

You will support Azure data services including ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI in production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis with rotating shifts.
• Perform initial incident triage and severity classification.
• Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production support.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks).
• Experience supporting Snowflake and Power BI (PBI).
• Proven ability to operate in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Proficiency in data pipeline monitoring and incident handling.
• Ability to execute documented runbooks effectively.
