You will provide advanced technical support for virtualization and cloud systems, resolving complex issues and ensuring operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform log analysis and root cause investigations to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support engineers to resolve challenging technical problems.
• Manage software updates, patches, and security fixes to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
• Lead incident management for major outages to coordinate responses and minimize downtime.
• Create SOPs for processes and manage application lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Database Management.
• Ability to use Scripting and Automation for task efficiency.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and system performance optimization.
• Competency in Java and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
