Description

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications while driving Generative AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications using specified front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop GenAI workflows including retrieval pipelines, RAG systems, and agent-based architectures.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features from concept through monitoring and iteration.
• Build scalable enterprise systems with strong monitoring practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML powered applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LangChain frameworks.
• Ability to work in complex environments with limited direction.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering workflows.
