Description

Lead large-scale application development projects by managing cross-functional global teams and technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across diverse geographical locations and cultural backgrounds.
• Mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential issues proactively.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in software project management.
• Proficiency in Jira and MS Project.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-geo-location and multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cyber-security, AI, machine learning, or cloud solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in AIoT for healthcare, biomedical services, telemedicine, or supply chain management.
