Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within a banking environment. You will map business requirements to detailed system specifications and high-level designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to detailed system requirements and high-level designs (HLD).
• Identify and resolve conflicting requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Structure Epics and Features to maintain traceability through user stories, test cases, and test results.
• Provide technical solutions to the development team based on defined system requirements.
• Document gaps between new and legacy systems and provide knowledge transfer to other teams.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of .NET.
• Experience working within the banking industry.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and management tools such as Jira, ADO, or Rally.
• Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices from business goals to system requirements.
• Experience defining system architecture and high-level design documentation.
• Proven ability to manage requirement updates and obtain stakeholder agreement on changes.
