Description

Analyze and improve enterprise applications, focusing on content management and integration requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories using the 3W format and document acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Partner with agencies to define business processes, system requirements, and integration needs.
• Create functional documentation including data mapping, process flows, and technical requirements.
• Perform technical process evaluations and recommend fixes for system or integration gaps.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support User Acceptance Testing and provide post-production support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application analysis and improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience performing lead-level work for multi-sized projects.
• Experience with enterprise content management (ECM), document management, or Box cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with Alfresco, Kofax, or Kofax Capture.
• Experience with MuleSoft middleware and creating/running reports on container metadata.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) or JIRA.
• Proven ability in workflow analysis, API integrations, and ERP system design.
• Skill in creating flow diagrams using Lucid Charts or Microsoft Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or .NET.
• Background working in the public sector at the municipal or county level.
