Description

You will own the automation and reliability of data warehousing and business intelligence infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to automate workflows, infrastructure provisioning, code testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system and data backup, and disaster recovery.
• Design and implement infrastructure monitoring for system and application alerts, security controls, and cost management.
• Implement automation solutions for services through CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate existing systems against industry standards to recommend and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in defining and implementing Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps or SRE.
• 5+ years of experience working within AWS and its managed products (EC2, ECS, ECR, R53, RDS).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Administrative experience with Snowflake.
• Administrative experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Developer.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Version Control Software such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow and NIFI technologies.
• Informatica Professional Certification.
• Background in the Entertainment or Media domain.
